1979-1982   Work in Architect's office Columbus, Ohio.

1983             Moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. 

1984             Obtained a Contractor's License.

                     ELM DESIGN/BUILD.

1987             Obtained New Mexico Architects License.

                     Opens office of              

                     MCMILLEN &ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS

1995             Obtained Colorado Architects License.

2004-2017    Commercial Projects Architect with Duty      

                     &  Germanas Architects.

2004-            Maintained Private Practice as
